On cancelling qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of the requirements of the Russian securities legislation, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series AI-016 qualification certificate No. 001505 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management and series АV-003 qualification certificate No. 012719 of financial market specialist in investment fund, unit investment fund and non-governmental pension fund management issued to the sole executive body of Investment Company Olymp Capital, limited liability company, Mikhail Kirillov;

— series AI-010 qualification certificate No. 001232 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management issued to the controller of Investment Company Olymp Capital, limited liability company, Sergey Samokhvalov.
