On Bank of Russia decisions

On 2 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To strike off from the register of unit investment funds information on the public joint-stock company Bank Finance Corporation Otkritie acting as an agent to issue, redeem, and exchange investment units of the following unit investment funds:

Open-end bonds unit investment fund Otkritie — Eurobonds managed by the limited liability company OTKRITIE Asset Management Company,

Open-end funds unit investment fund Otkritie — Gold managed by the limited liability company OTKRITIE Asset Management Company,

Open-end funds unit investment fund Otkritie — Emerging Markets managed by the limited liability company OTKRITIE Asset Management Company;

To register amendments and addenda to the internal control rules of the specialised depository of the Moscow-based limited liability company North-Western Financial Company.
