On 3 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to issue licences of a professional participant of the securities market to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and securities management to Brokerskiy Dom Faktoriya, limited liability company, the city of Kostroma (TIN 4401144977).
