On 6 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of Neftegaz, closed-end mixed unit investment fund managed by the open joint-stock company Investment management Company YAMAL;
to issue a licenceto manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based BAIKAL Management Company, limited liability company, and to register Rules of organisation and internal controls of BAIKAL Management Company, limited liability company.
