On cancelling qualification certificates
Due to the repeated gross violations of requirements of Russian securities legislation, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:
— series AA qualification certificate No. 027026 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting depositary activity, series AA qualification certificate No. 023186 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation acting as a registrar of registered securities holders, series AVI-002 qualification certificate No. 002187 of financial market specialist in the activity of the specialised depositaries of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds, issued to the sole executive body of the closed joint-stock company INGOSDEP Depositary Tatiana Mezinova;
— series АА qualification certificate No. 028848 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting depositary activity, series АА qualification certificate No. 025133 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation acting as a registrar of registered securities holders, issued to the controller of the closed joint-stock company INGOSDEP Depositary Anastasia Krinetskaya;
— series AI-003 qualification certificate No. 002591 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management, series AIV-003 qualification certificate No. 007854 of financial market specialist in depositary activity, and series AV-003 qualification certificate No. 009005 of financial market specialist in the activity of the specialised depositaries of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds, issued to the controller of the closed joint-stock company Investment Company ALMAZ Broker House Salavat Garrapov.
