On suspending licence and terminating activity of provisional administration of insurance company

By its Order No. OD-512, dated 5 March 2014, the Bank of Russia suspended the insurance and reinsurance licences of Insurance Company SEVERNAYA KAZNA, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents 1155).

The decision is taken due to the insurance agent’s failure to timely meet the Bank of Russia instruction and becomes effective the day it is published in a printed media.

The suspension of licence prohibits the insurance agent from entering into new contracts of insurance and introducing amendments resulting in increase in obligations under the current contracts.

By its Order No. OD-511, dated 5 March 2014, the Bank of Russia terminated the activity of the provisional administration of Insurance Company SEVERNAYA KAZNA, limited liability company (location: 190 Soni Morozovoy Street, Yekaterinburg, 620026; TIN 6608003165, PSRN 1026605409555), due to the removal of Igor Koval, the head of the provisional administration of Insurance Company SEVERNAYA KAZNA, limited liability company, from his duties pursuant to Clause 1 of Article 183.14 and Clause 3 of Article 183.15 of Federal Law No. 127-FZ, dated 26 October 2002, ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’.

The provisional administration was appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3561, dated 18 December 2014, for six month term.
