On Bank of Russia decisions

On 5 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to issue a licence of professional securities market participant to carry out dealer activity to the open joint-stock company VUZ Bank (the city of Yekaterinburg);

to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

Public joint-stock company Development Bank of production of oil and gas extractive equipment, conversion, shipbuilding and construction to carry out broker and depositary activity due to a change of name (the city of Volgograd),

Financial Economic Consulting, limited liability company, to carry out dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location (the city of Saint-Petersburg),

Joint-stock company Gazprombank to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name and location (the city of Moscow),

Sparta-Finance Investment Company, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location (the city of Moscow).
