On reorganisation of non-governmental pension funds
On 5 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on the reorganisation of the following pension funds:
Non-State Pension Fund Sberegatelny through conversion into a joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Sberegatelny, to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Sberegatelny, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Sberegatelny;
Non-State Pension Fund Bashkomsnabbank through conversion into a joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Bashkortostan, to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Bashkortostan, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Bashkortostan;
Non-State Pension Fund Almaznaya Osen through conversion into a joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Almaznaya Osen, to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Almaznaya Osen, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Almaznaya Osen;
Non-State Pension Fund Gefest through conversion into a joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Gefest, to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Gefest, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Gefest;
Public Pension Foundation Trade and Industrial Pension Fund through conversion into a joint-stock company Public Pension Foundation Trade and Industrial Pension Fund, to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company Public Pension Foundation Trade and Industrial Pension Fund, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Public Pension Foundation Trade and Industrial Pension Fund;
Non-profit organisation Non-Governmental Pension Fund Adekta-Pensia through conversion into a joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Adekta-Pensia, to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Adekta-Pensia, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Adekta-Pensia;
Non-Government Pension Fund Zashchita Budushchego through conversion into a joint-stock company Non-Government Pension Fund Zashchita Budushchego, to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-Government Pension Fund Zashchita Budushchego, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-Government Pension Fund Zashchita Budushchego.
