On cancelling qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of requirements of Russian securities legislation, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series AI-003 qualification certificate No. 010411 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management, issued to the sole executive body of SMART CAPITAL, limited liability company, Asiya Vafina;

— series AI-004 qualification certificate No. 010402 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management, issued to the sole executive body of SMART CAPITAL, limited liability company, Evgeniy Kharitonov;

— series AI-002 qualification certificate No. 000456 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management, series AIV-002 qualification certificate No. 000562 of financial market specialist in depositary activity, and series AVI-002 qualification certificate No. 000731 of financial market specialist in the activity of the specialised depositaries of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds, issued to the controller of SMART CAPITAL, limited liability company, Ilya Myasnikov.
