On cancelling qualification certificates
On 5 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series AV-003 qualification certificate No. 004687, dated 9 September 2008, of financial market specialist in investment fund, unit investment fund and non-governmental pension fund management, issued to Tamara Krylova.
The reason to cancel the certificate was the implementation of functions of the sole executive body of the management company Active Asset Management, limited liability company, during the period when the management company repeatedly violated the requirements of the Russian legislation on investment funds due to which by its order No. OD-3399, dated 4 December 2014, the Bank of Russia cancelled licence of the management company to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds No.
