On cancelling licence of management company

The reasons to cancel the licence issued to the Management Company were:
repeated non-compliance within a year with the Bank of Russia instructions by the Management Company while conducting the activity envisaged by the licence;
repeated violation within a year of requirements for dissemination, provision and disclosure of information stipulated by the federal laws and regulations of the Russian Federation while conducting the activity envisaged by the licence.
