On cancelling licence of professional securities market participant

The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of the professional securities market participant following applications of:

the Makhachkala-based joint-stock commercial bank ELBIN (open joint-stock company) (TIN 0541002446) — licence to carry out dealer activity No. 005-04701-010000 dated 9 February 2001, and licence to carry out depositary activity No. 005-04851-000100 dated 12 March 2001);

the Yekaterinburg-based open joint-stock company Yekaterinburg Municipal Bank (TIN 6608005109) — licence to carry out broker activity No. 066-04028-100000 dated 21 December 2000, and licence to carry out depositary activity No. 066-04349-000100 dated 27 December 2000.
