On revocation of insurance licence

By its Order No. OD-3401, dated 4 December 2014, the Bank of Russia revoked the insurance licence from Insurance Company Arkada, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3877).

The decision is taken due to the termination of activity of the insurance agent through reorganisation through merger with Insurance Company Mayak LLC (record in the unified state register of legal entities under state registration number 7147746314710) and becomes effective the day it is published in a printed media.
