On suspending insurance licence

By its Order No. OD-3400, dated 4 December 2014, the Bank of Russia suspended the insurance licence of Insurance Company Ermak, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents 3347) and appointed a provisional administration.
The decision is taken due to the insurance agent’s failure to timely execute the Bank of Russia instruction and becomes effective the day it is published in a printed media.
