On reissuing forms of licences

On 3 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to reissue forms of licences of the professional securities market participant to the following entities:

Moscow-based Investment Company Arbat Finance, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name and location;

Moscow-based National Management Company, joint-stock company, to carry out securities management due to a change of name and location;

Moscow-based Bank SOYUZ, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name.
