On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-1229, dated 3 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the insurance company Express Reinsurance and Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 2713, location: 4/A Apraksin Pereulok, 191023 Saint Petersburg, TIN 7744003600, PSRN 1047744002393, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s reinsurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-720, dated 3 April 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Pavel Yu. Osipov (mailing address: 7 Tverskaya Street, P.O.B. 56, 125009 Moscow), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Independent Receivers DELO (NPP SRO IR DELO, P.O.B. 6, 123317 Moscow), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
