On issuing copy of qualification certificate

On 30 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue a copy of series AA qualification certificate No. 026609 (FCSM of Russia Certification Board record No. 1/104, dated 5 July 2002) of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity to Viktor Struchkov (the city of Yakutsk).
