On 30 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Retail Chain APTECHKA placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-11767-А-002D;

to resume the issue and to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue and the prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company OR (the Novosibirsk Region) placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-50161-А;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Machine Building Design Bureau ‘Iskra’ named after I.I. Kartukov placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-02-07805-А-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Saint Petersburg-based joint-stock company Vavilov State Optical Institute placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-04277-D-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Gazprom Teploenergo placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-09492-А-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company AK-INVEST (the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Yugra) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-11799-К-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Komi Mortgage Company (the Republic of Komi) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-03132-D-004D;

to cancel the following individual numbers (codes):

005D of the state registration number 1-01-55161-Е-005D (date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 1 November 2012, date of the state registration of the report on the results of the additional issue of securities is 20 January 2015), assigned by the FFMS of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Concern Sozvezdie;

014D of the state registration number 1-01-65045-D-014D (date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 29 December 2014, date of the state registration of the report on the results of the additional issue of securities is 20 January 2015), assigned by the Bank of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Russian Railways;
