On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 28 (1982) of 4 April 2018 has been released.

The Credit Institutions section publishes the list of credit institutions entitled to open accounts and secured (covered) letters of credit, to enter into bank account and bank deposit agreements with business entities of strategic importance for the defence and industrial complex and for the security of the Russian Federation, and with companies directly or indirectly controlled by them, on grounds stipulated by Part 1 of Article 2 of Federal Law No. 213-FZ, dated 21 July 2014, as of 1 March 2018; and the list of credit institutions compliant with the requirements set forth by the resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation as of 1 March 2018.

The Bulletin publishes the following Bank of Russia orders:

No. OD-773, dated 29.03.2018, on the revocation of the banking licence from the Samara-based credit institution JSC AC Bank;

No. OD-774, dated 29.03.2018, on appointing the provisional administration to the Samara-based credit institution JSC AC Bank due to the revocation of its banking licence;

No. OD-775, dated 29.03.2018, on the revocation of the banking licence and on cancelling licence of professional securities market participant of the Moscow-based credit institution CB LIGHTBANK (LLC);

No. OD-776, dated 29.03.2018, on appointing the provisional administration to the Moscow-based credit institution CB LIGHTBANK (LLC) due to the revocation of its banking licence;

No. OD-777, dated 29.03.2018, on the revocation of the banking licence from the Khasavyurt-based credit institution LLC Settlement Non-bank Credit Institution UMUT (Republic of Daghestan);

No. OD-778, dated 29.03.2018, on appointing the provisional administration to the Kasavyurt-based credit institution LLC Settlement Non-bank Credit Institution UMUT (Republic of Daghestan) due to the revocation of its banking licence;

No. OD-811, dated 30.03.2018, on amending Appendix to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3389, dated 4 December 2017.
