On registering amendments to charter

On 4 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments to the charter of the following entities:
Moscow-based joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Education and Science;
Moscow-based Non-Governmental Pension Fund Alliance;
Ulan-Ude-based open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Siberian Capital.
