On cancelling licence of management company

On 2 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancelthe licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds of Forward Capital, limited liability company (hereinafter, the Management Company) (PSRN: 1107746794528; Licence No. 21-000-1-00790 dated 23 December 2010).

The reason to cancel the Licence issued to the Management Company was the Management Company’s request.
