On Bank of Russia decisions of 1 December 2014

On 1 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register:

amendments and addenda to the Pension rules of the Lipetsk-based open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Social Development,

amendments and addenda to the Insurance rules of the Ulyanovsk-based Povolzhsky Non-Governmental Pension Fund,

amendments to the charter of the Sterlitamak-based non-profit organisation Promregion Fund;

to issue a licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based Long-Term Investments Management Company, limited liability company, and to register the Rules of organisation and internal controls of Long-Term Investments Management Company, limited liability company.
