On revocation of licence to perform insurance broker activity

By its Order No. OD-2338, dated 3 September 2015, the Bank of Russia revoked a licence to perform insurance broker activity of Gradient Insurance Broker, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4074).

This decision is taken due to the failure of Gradient Insurance Broker, limited liability company, to timely eliminate violations of insurance legislation which served as a ground for the suspension of the licence to perform insurance broker activity, namely the avoidance to receive a Bank of Russia instruction issued due to the insurance broker’s failure to submit information on its updated personnel and change of its general director and his/her compliance with qualification requirements to the Bank of Russia.

The decision shall become effective the day it is published in the Bank of Russia Bulletin.
