On 2 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue a copy of series AA qualification certificate No. 031558 (FCSM of Russia Certification Board record No. 2/141 of 22 December 2003) of qualification corresponding to the position of the head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting broker and dealer activity to Sergey A. Safronov (the village of Krivskoe).
