Due to the revocation of banking licence from the Surgut-based Surgut Central Commercial Bank, limited liability company (TIN 8602190032), the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant No. 186-04432-100000, dated 10 January 2001, to carry out broker activity, No. 186-04447-010000, dated 10 January 2001, to carry out dealer activity, and No. 186-04465-000100, dated 10 January 2001, to carry out depositary activity.
