On securities issue

On 3 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Rafarma placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-65181-J-001D;

to register an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Borovskaya Poultry Farm placed through public subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-02-00056-N-007D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Central Design Bureau Titan placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-35356-Е-006D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Sanofi Russia placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-12332-Н-004D to the additional issue of securities;

to include North-West Financial Company, limited liability company, in the list of persons acting as representatives of bond holders.
