On Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3560-U, dated 6 February 2015

The Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No. 3560-U, dated 6 February 2015, ‘On Amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 1821-U, dated 25 April 2007, On the Procedure for Sending Inquiries to and Receiving Information from the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories by Credit History Makers by Filing a Request through a Post Office’ registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 27 February 2015 under Registration No. 36271.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3560-U is approved in compliance with Article 13 of Federal Law No. 218-FZ, dated 30 December 2004, ‘On Credit Histories’.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3560-U stipulates the provision of information by the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories on a credit history maker in case the data contained in the titular part of a credit history and the data indicated in the request of information on the credit history maker is identical: for a legal entity — taxpayer identification number and primary state registration number; for an individual — family name, first name and patronymic (if applicable) and the number of the identification document.
