On procedure for informing debtor on transmission of his profile to credit history bureau

The Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No. 3561-U, dated 6 February 2015, ‘On the Procedure for Informing a Debtor on the Transmission of His Profile to a Credit History Bureau’ registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 26 February 2015 under Registration No. 36229.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3561-U is based on Article 5 of Federal Law No. 218-FZ, dated 30 December 2004, ‘On Credit Histories’.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3561-U stipulates the procedure for informing a debtor on the transmission of his profile to a credit history bureau:

by the organisation in favour of which the adjudication on the recovery of funds from the debtor due to his failure to meet his obligations to make payments for the housing, utilities and communication services was passed, which came into effect and was not met within 10 days;

by the federal executive agency authorised to perform the functions for supporting the established procedure for the court operations and execution of court rulings and rulings of other agencies it terms of recovery of unmet alimony obligations and obligations to make payments for the housing, utilities and communication services.
