On Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3559-U, dated 6 February 2015 

The Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No. 3559-U, dated 6 February 2015, ‘On Amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 1611-U, dated 31 August 2005, On the Procedure and Forms for Presenting Information by Credit Bureaus Contained in the Titular Parts of Credit Histories and Credit History Maker Codes to the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories’ registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 20 February 2015 under Registration No. 36175.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3559-U is developed in compliance with Article 10 of Federal Law No. 218-FZ, dated 30 December 2004, ‘On Credit Histories’.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3559-U provides for:

the procedure for cancelling titular parts of credit histories of credit history makers stored in the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories in cases stipulated by Part 1 of Article 7 of Federal Law No. 218-FZ, dated 30 December 2004, ‘On Credit Histories’;

the procedure for checking reliability of information previously sent to the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories by credit bureaus.
