On Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3543-U, dated 25 January 2015

The Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No. 3543-U, dated 25 January 2015, ‘On Amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 1612-U, dated 31 August 2005, On the Procedure for the Submission of Inquiries and Receipt of Information from the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories by Credit History Makers and Users by Submitting Request to a Credit Institution’ registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 17 February 2015 under Registration No. 36062.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3543-U is developed in compliance with Article 13 of Federal Law No. 218-FZ, dated 30 December 2004, ‘On Credit Histories’.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3543-U stipulates:

the possibility for a credit history maker to consent to receive a credit report for the purposes indicated in the consent and not limited to loan (credit) issuance;

the provision of information to the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories on a credit history maker in case the data contained in the titular part of a credit history and the data indicated in the request of information on the credit history maker is identical: for a legal entity — taxpayer identification number and primary state registration number; for an individual — family name, first name and patronymic (if applicable) and the number of the identification document.
