On securities issue

On 3 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of class A non-convertible interest bearing certified cash collateralised bearer bonds of Specialised Financial Company Europe-1A, limited liability company, placed through public subscription;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Research and Production Association Tyazhpromarmatura placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-72062-H-004D;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Shcheglovskiy Val placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-06513-А −001D;

to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Aviator placed through exchange of shares in the authorised capital of the limited liability company reorganised through conversion into a joint-stock company into shares of the established company,

To assign state registration number 1-01-50330-А to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Samara Regional Energy Corporation, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-03860-Е-020D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Luzhniki Olympic Complex, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-05904-А-003D.
