On cancelling qualification certificate
On 1 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series AV-001 qualification certificate No. 000171 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds (hereinafter, the certificate) issued to Olga Lobanova.
The reason to cancel the certificate was the repeated violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation on investment funds by Olga Lobanova who acted as a sole executive body of the Management Company Alfa Style, limited liability company, (hereinafter, the Management Company), when the management company repeatedly violated the legislation of the Russian Federation on investment funds, resulting in the cancellation by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2788, dated 15 October 2015, of licence of management company No.
