On securities issue

On 2 December 2014, the Bank of Russia made the following decisions:

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company ‘Research and Production Corporation ‘Istok’ named after A.I. Shokin’, placed through private subscription,

To assign state registration number 1-01-15713-А-001D to the additional securities issue;

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company ‘Sheglovsky val’, placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-06513-А-001D;

To resume the issue and to register the placement report of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company ‘IZOTECH INVEST’, placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-67783-Н-001D;

To register issues of classes A, B and C non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer mortgage housing bonds, placed through private subscription, and prospectus of classes A and B non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer mortgage housing bonds of the closed joint-stock company ‘Mortgage Agent ITB 2014’,

To assign state registration numbers 4-01-82904-H, 4-02-82904-H and 4-03-82904-H to the securities issues;

To register an issue of class A non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer mortgage housing bonds and prospectus of class A non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer mortgage housing bonds, placed through public subscription, of the limited liability company ‘Mortgage Agent Absolute 3’,

To assign state registration number 4-02-36457-R to the securities issue;

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company ‘INK-STROY’, placed through private subscription,

To assign state registration number 1-01-54414-Н-001D to the additional securities issue;

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company ‘Nothern Caucasus Resorts’, placed through private subscription,

To assign state registration number 1-01-55475-Е-003D to the securities issue.
