On cancelling qualification certificates

On 2 November 2015, due to the repeated gross violations of Russian securities legislation the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

series DI-002 qualification certificate No. 003559 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management and series AV-002 qualification certificate No. 000579 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued to Yury V. Dzneladze, the sole executive body of Centurion Invest, limited liability company;

series AA qualification certificate No. 008933 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist of the organisation which carries out broker, and/or dealer activity, and/or securities trust management issued to Konstantin A. Agevnin, a controller of Centurion Invest, limited liability company;

series KA qualification certificate No. 001121 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to Gavriil A. Melikyan, a controller of InvestFinanceService, limited liability company;

series AA qualification certificate No. 018052 of qualification corresponding to the position of a specialist of the organisation which carries out broker, and/or dealer activity, and/or securities management and series AIV-001 qualification certificate No. 001596 of qualification corresponding to the position of financial market specialist in depository activity issued to Pavel P. Krivonogov, the sole executive body of Extra Trade, limited liability company;

series AA qualification certificate No. 001830 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller of the organisation in broker and/or dealer activity and/or securities trust management issued to Mikhail Yu. Skvortsov, the sole executive body of Ellington Capital, limited liability company.
