On 2 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of a professional securities market participant of the credit institution JSCB Benefit-bank CJSC (TIN: 7707093813) (hereinafter, the Company) to carry out broker activity (licence number 077-12694-100000, dated 24 November 2009), dealer activity (licence number 077-12698-010000, dated 24 November 2009), securities management (licence number 077-12702-001000, dated 24 November 2009), and depository activity (licence number 077-12708-000100, dated 24 November 2009) due to the revocation of the Company’s banking licence.
