On 2 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of a professional securities market participant of the credit institution CB BMB LLC (TIN: 5031032717) (hereinafter, the Company) to carry out broker activity (licence number 150-13788-100000, dated 29 August 2013), dealer activity (licence number 150-13790-010000, dated 29 August 2013), and depository activity (licence number 150-13793-000100, dated 29 August 2013) due to the revocation of the Company’s banking licence.
