On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank Gagarinsky or Bank Gagarinsky (Bank of Russia Registration No. 606, date of registration is 26 October 1990) (Order No. OD-1549, dated 3 July 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1550, dated 3 July 2015) to appoint from 3 July 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank Gagarinsky for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Ludmila V. Ishevskaya, chief economist of the banking supervision section of the Lipetsk Division, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Gagarinsky.

The provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank Gagarinsky also includes: A.V. Bessonov, V.I. Taravkova, V.S. Zvonareva, K.N. Litvinov, A.O. Romanov, K.M. Borodach, A.F. Pavlova, A.E. Karnaukhov, E.B. Ivanova, A.V. Yasenev, S.A. Sokolov, T.N. Abakumova, P.A. Savkin, V.S. Ermakova, and Yu.N. Aksenov.
