On Bank of Russia decisions

The Bank of Russia took decisions to reissue the licences to the following insurance entities:

— the Vidnoye-based Insurance Broker ICM LLC to act as insurance broker in mediation activities due to change of location (taken on 16 June 2014);

— the Moscow-based open joint-stock insurance company Itil-Armeyets to act as insurer due to a name change (former name: open joint-stock company Insurance Company Itil (taken on 17 June 2014);

— the Moscow-based Insurance Broker Sealine LLC to act as insurance broker in mediation activities due to change of location (taken on 23 June 2014);

— the Moscow-based Insurance Company DAL-ROSMED LLC to act as insurer due to change of location (taken on 23 June 2014);

— the Moscow-based Insurance Broker Unity Consult LLC to act as insurance broker in mediation activities due to change of location (taken on 25 June 2014);

— the Vidnoye-based Stolichny Insurance and Reinsurance Centre LLC to act as reinsurer due to a name change (former name: Stolichny Reinsurance Center LLC (taken on 26 June 2014);

— the Moscow-based European Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers LLC to act as insurance broker in mediation activities due to change of location (taken on 30 June 2014).
