On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin
Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 47 (1643) of 3 June 2015 has been released.
The issue publishes the list of credit institutions with appointed authorised representatives of the Bank of Russia. These representatives operate according to Article 76 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’.
The Bulletin contains consolidated statistical data on top-30 Russian banks as of 1 May 2015, and also information on the asset size and capital of credit institutions as of 1 May 2015.
The section Credit Institutions publishes the following Bank of Russia orders:
No. OD-1185, dated 28 May 2015, on updating the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution JSC ProBank;
No. OD-1206, dated 1 June 2015, on revoking banking licence from the Tyumen-based credit institution OJSC SIBNEFTEBANK;
No. OD-1207, dated 1 June 2015, on appointing provisional administration to manage the Tyumen-based credit institution OJSC SIBNEFTEBANK due to the revocation of its banking licence;
No. OD-1208, dated 1 June 2015, on revoking banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution CB OPM-Bank Ltd;
No. OD-1209, dated 1 June 2015, on appointing provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution CB OPM-Bank Ltd due to the revocation of its banking licence;
No. OD-1210, dated 1 June 2015, on revoking banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution JSC METROBANK;
No. OD-1211, dated 1 June 2015, on appointing provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution JSC METROBANK due to the revocation of its banking licence;
No. OD-1212, dated 1 June 2015, on reducing the authorised capital of the Moscow-based OJSC FUNDSERVICEBANK to the amount of its capital.
The issue publishes information of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency for the depositors of Plato-bank, LLC, JSC Comsotsbank Bumerang, and JSC ProBank.
The section Non-bank Financial Institutions publishes the following Bank of Russia orders:
No. OD-1156, dated 26 May 2015, on suspending the insurance licence of the Insurance Company KOMESTRA, limited liability company;
No. OD-1157, dated 26 May 2015, on suspending the reinsurance licence of Reinsurance Company Profile Re, joint-stock company;
No. OD-1158, dated 26 May 2015, on suspending the insurance broker licence of the Insurance Broker BARS, limited liability company.
The Bulletin presents information of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency on the procedure, terms and conditions of the sale of assets belonging to the non-commercial organisation Non-governmental Pension Fund Semeiny and on the results of the sale of assets belonging the non-governmental pension fund PROFESSIONAL INDEPENDENT PENSION FUND.
The issue publishes consolidated weekly data on financial market sectors, as well as information notices by the Bank of Russia.
