To resume an issue and to register a report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Lyuberetskiy Zavod Montazhavtomatika (the Moscow Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-02860-А-004D dated 27 December 2012.

To register an issue and a prospectus of series 01 interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of SPEKTR, limited liability company (the Smolensk Region) placed though public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36475-R to the issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport (the Sakhalin Region) placed though private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-33085-F-003D to the additional issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Promyshlennye Aktivy (the Republic of Tatarstan) placed though private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-57429-D-001D to the additional issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Capital Investments (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-80039-N-002D.

To register changes to the decision on an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company United Engine Corporation (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue of securities is 1-01-14045-А-002D.
