On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 30 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

— Saint Petersburg-based Baltinvestbank, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

— Magnitogorsk-based Investment Company MMK-Finance, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name and location;

— Moscow-based Registrar Company STATUS to hold register of securities owners due to a change of name;

— Moscow-based Commercial Bank Gagarinsky, joint-stock company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change of name;

— Yaroslavl-based O.K. Bank, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name and location;

— Moscow-based Bank Finservice, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

— Moscow-based Stolitsa Invest, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;

— Moscow-based Credit Europe Bank, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name;

— Moscow-based Joint-stock Commercial Bank EUROMET Bank, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker and dealer activity due to a change of name;

— Moscow-based Investment Company Trust Invest, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name.
