On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Kursk Region, dated 26 March 2015, on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Non-bank Credit Institution First Land Settlement Centre, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3381-1, dated of registration — 5 November 2001), and the appointment of a liquidator, in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-712, dated 3 April 2015) to terminate from 6 April 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Non-bank Credit Institution First Land Settlement Centre, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3460, dated 10 December 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Kursk-based Credit Institution Non-bank Credit Institution First Land Settlement Centre, Limited Liability Company, or NCI First Land SC LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
