On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-367, dated 16 February 2015, № ОД-367 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Sudostroitelny Bank, Limited Liability Company, or SB Bank LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions (Order No. OD-484, dated 3 March 2015):

to withdraw A.V. Kiselev from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Sudostroitelny Bank, limited liability company, from 4 March 2015;

to introduce N.A. Lushchikova to the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Sudostroitelny Bank, limited liability company, from 4 March 2015.
