On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Republic of Kalmykia, dated 24 February 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY KALMYK COMMERCIAL BANK KREDITBANK (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1035, date of registration — 29 November 1990) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-489, dated 3 March 2015) to terminate from 4 March 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY KALMYK COMMERCIAL BANK KREDITBANK appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2872, dated 16 October 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Elista-Based Credit Institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY KALMYK COMMERCIAL BANK KREDITBANK or OJSC KCB KREDITBANK Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
