On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Ulyanovsk Region, dated 19 February 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution open joint-stock company Gubernsky Bank Simbirsk (Bank of Russia Registration No. 653, date of registration — 31 October 1990) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-482, dated 3 March 2015) to terminate from 3 March 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Gubernsky Bank Simbirsk appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3162, dated 11 November 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Ulyanovsk-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Gubernsky Bank Simbirsk or OJSC GB Simbirsk Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
