On reissuing documents

On 2 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following entities:

Moscow-based Investtransgaz Management Company, limited liability company, due to a change of location;

Moscow-based RUSSIAN INVESTMENT COMPANY, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, due to a change of name (previous name: EPIO Management Company, limited liability comapny);

Moscow-based joint-stock company Continental Management Company due to a change of name (previous name: closed joint-stock company Continental Management Company) and location.

to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out the activity of a specialized depositary of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds ofthe Moscow-based joint-stock company National Custodian Company due to a change of name (previous name: closed joint-stock company National Custodian Company) and location.
