On Bank of Russia decisions of 27 November 2014

On 27 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To register the Rules of internal control of the Simferopol-based LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY MANAGEMENT COMPANY TRUST FUND,

Amendments and additions to the Rules of keeping the register of investment unit holders of unit investment funds of the Moscow-based limited liability company Specialized Depository Company Granit,

Amendments to the Charter of the Moscow-based Non-governmental Pension Fund Alliance,

Amendments and additions to the Pension rules of Mezhdurechensk-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund MECHEL-FUND;

To agree on the Code of Ethics for brokers involved in pension savings formation and investment of the Moscow-based limited liability company VTB Capital Broker.
