On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 29 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participants to the following entities:

— Cherepovets-based PARTNER, limited liability company, to act as a registrar of security holders due to a conversion;

— Moscow-based closed joint-stock company PROSPECT ONLINE to carry out broker and dealer activity due to a change of location;

— Moscow-based Tolyatti Finance, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location;

— Moscow-based open joint-stock company Plus Bank to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location.
