On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 27 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

Joint-stock company GASINVEST Investment Company to carry out broker, dealer, depository activity and securities management due a change of name and location;

Joint-stock company INVEST-SERVICE to carry out broker activity due a change of name and location;

ALOR-Povolzhye, limited liability company, to carry out dealer activity due a change of location;

Commercial Bank Selmashbank (public joint-stock company) to carry out depository activity due a change of name;

Mercury Capital Trust Management Company, limited liability company, to carry out securities management due a change of location;

Joint-stock company Computershare Registrator to carry out register keeping due to a change of name.
