On changing MIBID and MIBOR interbank lending market rates publication time

Starting 2 July 2015, the Bank of Russia will publish Average Moscow Interbank Bid Rates (MIBID) to attract loans and Average Moscow Interbank Offered Rates (MIBOR) to place loans on a daily basis till 12:30 Moscow time.
